By creating an account or using MPagent, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
MPagent is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for WhatsApp-based customer support, including AI-assisted replies, team inbox, knowledge base, and integrations. Features and limits depend on your subscription plan.
Account responsibilities
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and team access.
- You must comply with Meta WhatsApp Business policies and applicable messaging laws.
- You must not use the service for spam, fraud, or unlawful content.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Fees are charged in advance per billing cycle. AI reply and seat limits are enforced per plan. Overage or upgrade may be required to continue service beyond plan limits.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass security controls, scrape other tenants' data, reverse engineer the platform, or overload infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk.
Data and content
You retain ownership of your customer data and knowledge content. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate the service, including AI inference and message delivery.
Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages (Meta, Stripe, AI providers), and force majeure may affect access.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MPagentis provided "as is". Our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You may cancel via the billing portal. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, access ends at the close of the billing period unless otherwise required by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
